Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and MIS reports.

- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis and management insights.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Ensure accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting processes.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial position of the organization.

- Review financial transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.





- Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and business decision-making.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage, mentor, and guide the finance and accounting team.
