Hamd Holdings is a Dubai-based group of growing companies. Our brands include Special Minds (SEN staffing, placement and clinical support), Magnetic Keys (marketing agency) and Hamd Beauty (home-service salon), with more to come.

THE ROLE

You will own the accounting and financial management for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across all group entities • Handle invoicing, receivables, payables and contractor payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow reports per brand and at group level
- Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and compliance

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control





- Coordinate with external auditors and banks
- Set up and improve financial processes as the group grows

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a rela ted field • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple entities
- Valuable written and spoken English

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in multi-entity or service-based b usinesses • Progress toward ACCA, CMA or CPA
