Finance Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to manage the organization's day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Tally, accounting, taxation, audits, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, cash management, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Review invoices, vouchers, bills, payment entries, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate financial controls.




- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, organizational policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Experience in handling audits and coordinating with auditors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage the finance function.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in NGOs, charitable organizations, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, or multi-project organizations will be preferred.
