- Implement cost-control measures to minimize expenses and improve efficiency.
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profit margins to enhance overall profitability.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and optimize the utilization of financial resources.
