Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support day-to-day financial operations, cash-flow management, MIS, budgeting, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly financial MIS and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Review vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and assist in cost tracking and analysis.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Projects, Procurement, Sales, and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Track receivables, outstanding payments, and cash requirements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Support management with financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Monitor budgets versus actual expenses and highlight significant variances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial institutions as required.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned finance activities.
- Support senior management in financial planning and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Valuable understanding of reconciliations, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
