- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment/machinery.
- Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
- Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of site visits and repairs.
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for complex issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain qualified relationships.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
