Job Overview: We are hiring a Field Salesman - Wholesale based in Chennai to expand our wholesale network.

Key Responsibilities

- Dealer Development: Onboard current dealers, distributors, and retailers to expand the wholesale network in Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Sales & Targets: Conduct regular market visits and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts for timely collections.
- Market Insights: Monitor local competitor pricing, trends, and market opportunities.
- Product Visibility:



Ensure dealers maintain updated T-Grid and Ceiling Tile samples and product visibility.

Requirements

- Experience in wholesale/channel field sales (Building materials/Interiors preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Chennai territory.
- Hindi language is mandatory not fluent but conversational.
