About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in field sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and generating business through on-ground sales activities.

This role requires someone who is comfortable meeting customers in person, developing new business opportunities, and taking ownership of the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Identify and develop new customer and market opportunities.
- Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and pipeline on a regular basis.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.

Required Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of proven experience in field sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in new customer acquisition and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with face-to-face customer meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or sales reporting systems is preferred.
- A valid driving license and two-wheeler may be preferred, depending on the territory.

What We’re Looking For We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate actual field sales performance, rather than just having sales experience on paper.
