Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A degree or background in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- An MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Agribusiness, or a related field is is a plus, but not required.
- Biotechnology or agricultural knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Fluent Telugu and English — both spoken communication skills are required.

You should be

- Curious and eager to learn a new biotechnology product.




- Comfortable working independently without constant hand-holding.
- Highly motivated by sales and closing deals.
- Comfortable approaching new customers and starting conversations.
- Persistent when faced with rejection.
- Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing the conversation.
- Willing to spend approximately 50% of your time in the field meeting farmers and conducting demonstrations.
- Able to communicate technical information in a simple, understandable way.
- Comfortable working with Product and Technology teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
