Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead a team of 7 field sales professionals and drive revenue for our Property Resale business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 7.
- Drive sales targets, revenue, pipeline, and conversions.
- Lead customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions.
- Manage sales reports and business forecasts.
- Build a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Mandatory team-handling and field-sales experience.
- Real Estate / BFSI / Automotive / Consumer sales experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
