Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our real-estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable meeting clients and conducting property site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on property leads.

Meet potential clients and understand their requirements.

Conduct property/site visits.

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.

Maintain regular client follow-ups.

Convert leads into property bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements





1–3 years of experience in Real Estate / Field Sales / Business Development.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable with field visits.

Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida property market is an advantage.
