About the Job & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who can represent the company in the market, meet prospective customers and business partners, generate leads, promote company products and services, and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients and businesses across Kolkata.
- Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
- Meet retailers, distributors, corporate clients and other prospective customers.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Approach exhibitions, events and potential promotional or business partners.
- Explain company offerings and convert interested prospects into business opportunities.
- Collect contact details and maintain proper follow-up with leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Submit daily field-visit and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, meetings and client requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or any discipline (Mandatory)
- Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work on-site in Kolkata.
- Preferred Candidates familiar with Kolkata markets and local business areas. Having a two-wheeler is an advantage but not mandatory
Required Skill Sets
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Language known Hindi and Bengali
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
- Presentable and professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Excel.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
