About the Role We are looking for energetic Business Executives to join our field sales team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on, on-ground sales role — you will meet local shop owners and business owners in your assigned area every day, show them how ChattyBao can bring them more customers from Google and online, and sign them up for a ChattyBao subscription. You will work closely with your Team Leader, who will train you on the product and pitch and support you in the field.

What You Will Do • Visit local retailers, service providers, and businesses in your assigned area of Bangalore every day, as per your daily visit plan.

- Understand ChattyBao's products — Google visibility,



AI website builder, and Magic AI — well enough to explain and demo them confidently on your phone.
- Give live product demos to business owners, understand their needs, and handle their questions and objections.
- Close deals and sign up merchants on ChattyBao subscription plans, including setting up payments and autopay where applicable.
- Help newly signed merchants get started — collecting business details and photos needed to set up their Google profile, website, and content.
- Follow up with interested merchants until the deal is closed, and build long-term relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Log every visit, demo, and closure accurately in the company app on the same day.
- Achieve your individual monthly revenue and demo targets, and attend training sessions and team meetings with your Team Leader.

Who We Are Looking For • 0-2 years of field sales experience — B2B, merchant acquisition, fintech, or subscription sales preferred. Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Fluent in Kannada and English — essential for talking to business owners across Bangalore. Hindi is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive communicator who is comfortable walking into a shop and starting a conversation.
- Target-driven and self-motivated, with the discipline to complete daily visits without close supervision.
- Comfortable working in the field full-time, not from a desk.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and a smartphone with internet for demos and daily reporting.
