Field Sales Executive – Merchant Onboarding (Bangalore)

BlackX Technology is a Bangalore-based software company that helps small businesses and shop owners run their business digitally. Merchants use BlackX for GST billing, invoicing, inventory, online stores and payments, all from one app.

What you will do

- Visit shops, stores, wholesalers and small businesses in your assigned area
- Explain how BlackX helps them with billing, GST invoices and selling online
- Sign up interested merchants and help them create their account
- Set up a short online demo call between the merchant and our team
- Follow up with merchants to make sure they start using BlackX
- Share daily visit updates and photos through the app/WhatsApp

Who we are looking for

- 12th pass or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Field sales experience in POS, UPI/QR, telecom, FMCG or fintech is a plus




- Must speak Kannada; Hindi is an advantage
- Basic English (to use the app and read messages)
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet
- Comfortable with full-day field work and talking to shop owners

Salary & advantages

- Fixed salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- Petrol allowance
- Incentive for every merchant who starts using BlackX. The more merchants you bring, the higher the incentive per merchant:
- 1–10 merchants: ₹150 each
- 11–20 merchants: ₹250 each
- 21+ merchants: ₹350 each
- Extra monthly target bonus (introduced after your first month)
- No joining fee or deposit

Work details

- Location: Bangalore (field job)
- 6 days a week
- Training provided on the product and pitch
