About the Role

We are looking for an experienced State Head – Goa to lead sales and market performance across Goa. The role will involve managing territory sales executives, developing key accounts, and driving business growth across retail and institutional channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor the North Goa and South Goa Sales & Marketing Executives.
- Set territory-wise sales targets and track performance.
- Manage key retail accounts, distributors, and institutional clients across Goa.
- Develop and execute state-level sales and promotional strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and build key institutional tie-ups.
- Manage HORECA accounts including hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, and clubs.
- Maintain strong distributor relationships and ensure smooth order-to-delivery and collection processes.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and pricing.
- Conduct market visits and coach the sales team.
- Prepare and consolidate sales, stock, and market reports for management.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA preferred, with a robust background in Sales & Marketing.
- 4–7 years of experience in Alcobev/Beverage Sales.
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or state-level sales role.
- Proven experience handling HORECA, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Strong understanding of the Goa Alcobev market and institutional buying process.
- Excellent team management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North and South Goa.
