Fresher:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: Fresher 0 to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in promoting and selling construction and heavy equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines/products.
- Conduct customer visits and support product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
- Generate leads and support achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate with Service, Parts and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update sales activities in the CRM.

Candidate Profile:

- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized college.
- Fresh graduates with solid interest in Sales & Business Development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers.
- Positive attitude, learning agility and target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, automobiles or heavy equipment will be an advantage.
