About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Icon CemAntart's products and generate new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners, introducing our products, generating leads, and converting enquiries into projects. Regular site visits and follow-ups are a core part of the role, which is common in construction-material field sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visit construction sites and identify new project opportunities.

Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Introduce and promote Icon CemAntart products and services.

Generate recent leads through field visits and networking.

Explain product features, applications, and benefits to customers.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and potential projects.

Arrange product samples or demonstrations when required.

Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

Track upcoming construction and interior projects in the assigned area.





Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, site visits, samples, and project requirements.

Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Products The candidate will be promoting products/services such as:

Microcement

Lime Plaster

Marble Texture

Stone Carpet

Decorative interior & exterior wall and flooring finishes

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident in meeting new people and making client presentations.

Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Basic knowledge of construction/interior design is an advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and email.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in construction, interiors, building materials, paints, tiles, waterproofing, or related industries will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is active, confident, target-oriented, good at communication, and comfortable with field work and meeting clients regularly.
