We are looking for a responsible, energetic & customer-friendly Field Executive to join our team!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Visiting residential properties across Bengaluru

Property onboarding, move-in & move-out inspections

Taking property photos & videos

Checking fixtures, furniture, appliances & inventory

Conducting inventory counts through the Nest Partners App

Coordinating property visits with tenants & owners

Supporting key collection & handover

Coordinating maintenance inspections when required

Updating all field activities through the app





Reporting property issues/discrepancies to the internal team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valid two-wheeler driving licence

Own two-wheeler

Valuable knowledge of Bengaluru routes & localities

Smartphone & comfortable using mobile apps

Good communication skills

Basic English communication

Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru

Kannada & Hindi Added Advantage
