Our platform operates on a model similar to leading online travel portals such as MakeMyTrip, while focusing on providing personalized service and competitive travel options to customers.

Job Role – Field Work Executive

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Work Executives to help expand our customer base and promote FlyBook International Tourism's travel and ticket-booking services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, businesses, travel agents, corporate offices, and other relevant locations to promote FlyBook's services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Explain flight ticket booking, travel services, offers, and other services provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop the company's local customer network.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to increase bookings and repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with the internal sales and booking team.




- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the booking team to provide suitable travel options.
- Maintain basic records of field visits, leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Represent FlyBook International Tourism professionally while interacting with customers and partners.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally for customer visits.
- Previous experience in sales, travel, tourism, ticketing, or business development is an advantage, but freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and other digital tools.
- Knowledge of the travel and airline industry will be an added advantage.
