Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining proper collection records.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp and email for outstanding payments.
- Maintain records of pending payments and collection status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding customer outstanding balances.
- Resolve basic payment-related queries and ensure timely collection.
- Submit daily/weekly collection reports to management.
- Travel within Nagpur and nearby areas as required.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in field collection, payment recovery, or field sales preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
