An F&B; (Food & Beverage) Steward is responsible for assisting the hotel’s Food & Beverage department in providing clean, efficient, and hygienic service to guests. The steward supports restaurants, banquets, room service, and other food-service operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Set up and clean tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Assist waiters and captains in serving food and beverages.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and other items from guest tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, banquet area, and service areas.
- Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment when required.
- Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other guest supplies.
- Assist in preparing restaurant and banquet areas before and after service.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, food safety, and guest service.
- Handle equipment and supplies carefully to prevent damage.




- Assist with buffet setup and clearance.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas.
- Support the F&B; team during busy periods and special events.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, captains, and managers.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
