- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise captains, waiters, and service trainees.

- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering of food and beverages, and reduce wastage to stay within budget.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and qualified grooming regulations.
