Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Fashion Designer who is collaborative, has knowledge of fabrics and can create accurate and production-ready tech packs for women’s fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed and accurate tech packs for new styles.
- Develop measurement specs, construction details, BOM, trims, fabrics and artwork callouts.
- Select appropriate fabrics based on design requirements, garment construction, fit, quality, and target costing.
- Ensure tech packs are aligned with design intent, fit and target costing.
- Coordinate with Design & Merchandising teams.
- Review samples and provide measurement and construction feedback.
- Maintain and update tech packs based on sample revisions.




- Ensure timely completion and daily tracker updates.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in fashion tech packs / product development.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, fabrics and trims.
- Experience in women’s western wear / fast fashion preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and PLM.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
