- Develop new designs, collections, and seasonal concepts.
- Create mood boards, colour stories, sketches, and CADs.
- Select fabrics, trims, colours, and silhouettes as per the collection direction.
- Coordinate with pattern masters and the sampling team for new developments.
- Review samples and provide corrections related to fit, construction, finishing, and detailing.
- Research current fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
- Maintain design sheets, sample records, and development timelines.
- Take complete ownership of assigned work and ensure timely execution.
