Job Summary The Facility Management Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operation, maintenance and inspection of client facilities. The role covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pumps, DG/UPS systems, lighting and general building maintenance, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inspection of MEP systems and building facilities.
- Attend electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance complaints.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain electrical panels, DBs, lighting systems, DG, UPS and related equipment.
- Monitor air-conditioning systems and coordinate servicing and repairs.
- Inspect pumps, water systems, plumbing installations and drainage systems.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Maintain equipment history, service records and maintenance reports.
- Identify technical problems and recommend practical corrective solutions.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and specialist service providers.
- Supervise maintenance works and ensure proper workmanship.
- Maintain minimum required spare parts and consumable stock.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate material requirements.
- Support AMC inspections and maintenance activities at client properties.




- Monitor energy consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety procedures.
- Conduct emergency breakdown response and coordinate restoration of services.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and provide work-status updates.
- Support site surveys and preparation of technical proposals for recent clients.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, MEP Maintenance or a similar field.

Technical Knowledge The candidate should have working knowledge of:
