Role Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of Kots properties in Bengaluru. This full time, on-site role includes managing building systems, coordinating repairs, supervising vendors and service providers, and ensuring common areas and apartments are clean, functional, and compliant with local regulations.

The Facilities

Manager will track and manage maintenance requests, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and monitor utility usage to optimize efficiency and cost. The role also involves implementing health and safety standards, supporting move-ins and move-outs,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

- Solid facilities management skills, including building operations, preventive maintenance planning, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and compliance standards relevant to residential or commercial properties.
- Ability to manage budgets, track maintenance costs, and work with basic facility management software or digital tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, or real estate operations; experience in residential rental housing is an advantage.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification, or a degree/diploma in facilities, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and responding to operational needs in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
