Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FACETS Configuration Sr Lead to join our team in Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FACETS Configuration and provide leadership in the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of FACETS solutions.

- Lead and manage FACETS configuration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into FACETS configuration solutions.
- Configure new and existing benefit plans, provider contracts, pricing, and other core FACETS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FACETS configuration issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on FACETS best practices and troubleshooting.




- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for configuration changes and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of hands-on experience in FACETS Configuration.
- Robust understanding of FACETS modules, claims processing, benefit configuration, provider setup, and related processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Notice period: Must be able to join within 6 days.
- Willingness to work from the office; this is NOT a remote position.
