Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Facets Configuration Analyst.

The Facets Configuration

Analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the TriZetto Facets platform within the healthcare payer domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring products, plans, benefits, groups and members, provider contracts, and network rules; translating business requirements into system configurations; supporting claims processing and eligibility validation; troubleshooting configuration-related issues; and collaborating with business and technical teams. The role will also involve supporting UAT, regression testing, production validation, open enrollment, benefit updates, and production releases.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets Configuration is mandatory.
- 3–7+ years of experience in Facets Configuration and support.
- Robust knowledge of Products, Plans, Benefits, Group & Member,



Provider, and Claims Configuration.
- Experience working with Claims, Member, Subscriber, Provider, Eligibility, Product, and Benefit data and tables within the Facets environment.
- Strong understanding of claims adjudication, pricing logic, eligibility validation, and healthcare payer workflows.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with configuration troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
- Experience participating in UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
- Experience supporting open enrollment, benefit updates, and production releases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Strong documentation skills, including maintaining configuration documentation and version control.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
