Role Description The Facade Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing facade installation activities on construction projects. This position involves supervising site teams, coordinating daily work schedules, and ensuring that cladding and facade systems are installed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role includes monitoring material usage, inspecting workmanship and quality, and reporting progress and issues to project managers and senior stakeholders.

The Facade

Supervisor will liaise with contractors, vendors,



and site engineers to resolve technical queries, support timely completion of work, and maintain a safe and organized work workplace.

Qualifications

- Experience in facade, cladding, or building envelope works, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation details.
- Strong site supervision skills, including team coordination, workload planning, and on-site problem-solving.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and basic construction methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in on-site roles within the construction industry, preferably in facade or cladding projects.
- Ability to work extended hours on site when required and adapt to project timelines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and familiarity with project documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
