Export Sales Executive

About the role

Nebula manufactures orthopaedic implants and rehabilitation products sold in India and, increasingly, worldwide. As Export Sales Executive, you'll own the growth of our international business — opening new markets, building the distributor network, and turning inquiries into repeat, paying customers. This is a build role: you'll have real ownership of which countries we enter next and who we partner with to get there.

We compete on product quality and are investing heavily in expanding our global footprint. You'll sit close to the product and close to the decisions that shape where we grow.

What success looks like

You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity. Within your first year, a strong performer will:

- Hit export sales and revenue-growth targets
- Appoint and activate new distributors in priority markets
- Open at least one new country for the portfolio
- Keep the order-to-collection cycle clean — high conversion, low overdue receivables
- Retain existing accounts and grow them into repeat business

What you'll do

Win new business

- Identify new international markets and generate export inquiries — portals, exhibitions, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals
- Appoint distributors, dealers, and channel partners, then train and support them to sell
- Own quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiation through to confirmed orders

Grow and keep accounts





- Be the relationship owner for international customers — presentations, queries, after-sales support
- Drive repeat business and high customer satisfaction

Run the deal end to end
- Coordinate export documentation with internal teams (proforma/commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L or AWB)
- Track orders from PO to dispatch to delivery, coordinating production schedules
- Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collection

Know the market

- Track competitor products, pricing, and market strategy; recommend market-entry approaches

Represent Nebula abroad

- Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions; meet distributors and customers; travel for business development

Must have

- 3–5 years in export/international B2B sales, with a track record of hitting targets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong grasp of international trade mechanics — Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP), payment terms (LC, TT, DP, DA), and freight/logistics coordination
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, pharmacy, engineering, or life sciences
- Valid passport and genuine willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones

Nice to have

- Experience in medical devices, orthopaedic implants, rehabilitation, surgical, or pharma exports
- Hands-on experience managing international distributors
- MBA in International Business or Marketing
- Working knowledge of export documentation and compliance
- A second language — Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese
