Job Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-shipment documents, coordinate third-party inspections, and draft Bills of Lading.
- Prepare post-shipment and bank documents, including invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, and BRC submissions; ensure timely closure of formalities.
- Enter and release sales orders, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and ensure material readiness and on-time delivery
