Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage Export Documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, COO, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Banks, and Customers for smooth export shipments.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Advance Payment, DP/DA, and other export payment documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and customers as per agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, finance, and sales teams for shipment execution.
- Track Export Orders, Shipment Status, ETD/ETA, Container Details, and Delivery.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI/FEMA, GST,



and other applicable export regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.
- Support e-BRC, LUT, RoDTEP, IGST refund, and other export-related processes.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Prepare regular export MIS and shipment reports.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & Procedures
- Good understanding of Shipping & Logistics
- Knowledge of Customs, DGFT, GST & FEMA
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / ERP
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Education Graduate in Commerce / Management / International Business / Logistics or related field.

Certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.
