Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills with the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines. The role requires close coordination with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based positions.

 Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.

 Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.

 Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

 Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 Negotiate salary, prepare offer proposals, and coordinate offer roll-out.





 Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal departments and new hires.

 Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRMS.

 Generate recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.

 Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio and Joining Ratio.

 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

 Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external vendors wherever required.

 Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes and documentation standards.

 Perform any other HR or recruitment-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Experience

 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

 Experience in recruitment for the real estate, construction, engineering or infrastructure industry mandatory.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
