The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.
The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY s Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm s sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.
The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social Health care, Education, Urban Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste Sanitation,
Power Utilities and Public Finance Management.
SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory :

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in Electric Mobility, Clean Energy, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support advisory, policy, strategy, and implementation projects.
The candidate will work across EV ecosystem development, charging infrastructure planning, battery value chain assessments, clean energy integration, and energy transition initiatives for government, utilities, multilateral agencies, and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies for EV adoption and charging infrastructure deployment. Support development of EV charging infrastructure strategies, implementation roadmaps, and business models. Evaluate EV technologies, charging standards, battery technologies, and emerging mobility solutions. Support policy and regulatory analysis related to electric mobility and charging infrastructure. Assess technical and commercial viability of BESS applications across grid-scale, renewable integration, and EV charging use cases. Deliver high-quality analytical outputs, reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Apply robust quantitative and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions. Support proposal development, business development activities, and thought leadership. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, emerging technologies, and global best practices.

- Bachelor of technology in town and country planning
- Master of Technology in Infrastructure design and management
Experience
- Electric Mobility and Clean Energy (3+ years)
