Role Description The Executive – S & M in the Digital Sales Division for Medical Books & E-Books will focus on driving sales and marketing initiatives for college campaigns and digital products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing digital sales pipelines, engaging with educational institutions, and promoting medical books and e-books through targeted campaigns.

The role involves coordinating with colleges and universities, identifying key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Daily tasks include planning and executing digital marketing activities, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to refine product positioning and promotional strategies. The Executive will also maintain customer relationships, gather market feedback, and support brand visibility across digital channels, with compensation of up to ₹6 LPA based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and marketing capabilities, including experience with digital sales funnels, lead generation, and college or institutional campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices, such as social media outreach, email marketing, online promotions, and basic analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to understand and present medical and academic book/e-book products clearly to stakeholders in colleges and healthcare education institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with faculty, administrators, and procurement teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, follow-ups, and sales activities in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in pharma, publishing, edtech, or medical book sales is an advantage.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel locally for college visits, events, and meetings as required.
