Location: Talegaon, Pune

Experience: 4–5 Years

CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA*

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Industry: Manufacturing | QA/QC | Fabrication | Powder Coating

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive – Quality to manage shop-floor quality inspections, QA/QC processes, ISO compliance, and powder coating quality in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality standards across fabrication and assembly processes.
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records and QA/QC documentation.
- Implement QA/QC Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP).
- Apply 7 QC Tools for defect analysis and process improvement.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and audit requirements.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Inspect surface preparation, pre-treatment and powder coating quality,



including DFT and adhesion.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools
- ISO 9001 documentation & internal audits
- QA/QC inspection and ITP
- 5S implementation
- Metal fabrication & welding inspection
- Machining process knowledge
- Powder coating, DFT & adhesion testing
- RCA techniques: 5-Why & Fishbone
- CAPA documentation
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination
