Experience: 3–4 years in Polymer Processing / PVC Compounding & Development

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Polymer / Rubber / Plastics Technology

CTC: Max 8 LPA

Accommodation: Provided

Preference: South India Candidates

Job Summary; Responsible for PVC compound development, formulation, production support and testing for footwear applications.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in PVC compounding & development
- Hands-on experience in rigid/versatile PVC pelletisation
- Experience in PVC formulation, processing and optimization
- Hands-on exposure to PVC processing and compounding machinery
- Knowledge of PVC injection moulding and production processes
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting and process optimization




- Polymer / Rubber / Plastics manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize PVC compounds for footwear soles
- Work on flexible PVC, PVC blends and value-added compounds
- Support production trials, scale-up and commercialization
- Troubleshoot formulation and production-related issues
- Optimize mixing, processing and moulding parameters
- Conduct physical and material testing
- Prepare SOPs, trial reports and technical documentation
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production and Quality teams
