- Design of MEP and IBMS packages like PHE, Fire, Electrical (HT & LT), Lifts, DG sets, Swimming pool and water fixtures, STP, WTP, Rain water harvesting system , Solar , basement ventilation system ,Irrigation system.
- Monitoring of MEP and IBMS packages schedule
- Survey latest developments and market trends in MEP make recommendations for their use in Projects of RSPL
- Undertake market research on a regular basis to identify MEP design consultants of global repute to make use of RSPL Projects
- Evaluate MEP designers / consultants and undertake negotiations with them
