Role Description The Executive role is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive will support daily operations, coordinate with production and quality teams, and assist in planning and tracking key activities related to automotive components and assemblies.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports and documentation, supporting vendor and client communication, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate data and records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Executive is expected to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and support leadership in achieving operational and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle daily operational tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis for reports and documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client or vendor interaction.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and discipline for both on-site and remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field; experience in automotive or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of production or supply chain processes and an aptitude for learning technical details of automotive components.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to participate in process improvement initiatives.
