EXECUTIVE CHEF – MURIJINPUZHA, KOCHI

Important: This position is for a well-established and experienced qualified. Candidates without sufficient Executive Chef / senior kitchen management experience are requested not to apply. Only serious and genuinely experienced candidates will be considered.

We are looking for a highly experienced and proven Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations of our upcoming resort.

Key Requirements

- Well-experienced candidate with a strong track record in hotels, resorts or reputed restaurants.
- Excellent knowledge of South Indian, North Indian and Continental cuisines.
- Strong expertise in menu planning, food quality, presentation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to independently manage and lead the complete kitchen team.
- Experience in food costing, inventory control, wastage management and hygiene standards.
- Will work closely with the Consulting Chef for menu development, standards and culinary concepts.
- Experience in pre-opening a resort/hotel will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, discipline and team-management skills.
- Hands-on, responsible and capable of taking independent decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
