Executive / Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai (WFO)

Experience: 2–6 years

Work Days: Mon-Sat (17 Saturdays off annually)

About the Role

We are looking for an L&D; qualified with experience in the jewellery, FMCG, or manufacturing industry to drive employee training, behavioural development, and digital learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver soft skills and behavioural training, including communication, teamwork, workplace etiquette, and stress management.
- Create engaging training content, presentations, learning modules, and e-learning materials.
- Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content, completion records, and training reports.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning programs for employees across functions and workforce levels.
- Deliver training sessions for shopfloor and blue-collar employees, preferably in Hindi.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and learning outcomes.





Desired Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in Learning & Development within the jewellery, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience working with an LMS and managing digital learning initiatives.
- Experience in soft skills training, behavioural facilitation, and training content development.
- Comfortable training diverse employee groups, including shopfloor employees.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; Hindi proficiency is preferred.
- Certifications in Train-the-Trainer, Dale Carnegie, instructional design, or behavioural training will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
