WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design the race formats: rules, heats, scoring and run of show.

- Run production: staging, timing, sound, lights and the safety plan.

- Source and brief vendors and crew, and take command on the day.

- Shape the experience for racers and spectators.

- Write a teardown after every event.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3-7 years producing live events, tournaments, festivals or activations, from concept to teardown.

- You have owned a whole event or series: budget, vendors and run of show.

- You have built something repeatable that someone else then ran.

- You manage vendors, lead crews and work weekends and evenings.

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- You have worked on sports, karting, motorsport or esports events.

- You know scoring, timing or live-stream production.

- You have founded an events business.
