About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with 15–18 years of experience in event management, exhibitions,

experiential marketing, or integrated communication agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the agency's Events & Exhibitions vertical, overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, client servicing,

and business growth across government and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences,

summits.

● Manage end-to-end project execution, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, production, logistics, and on-site operations.

● Build and maintain solid relationships with government ministries, PSUs and key stakeholders.

● Collaborate with creative, copy, client servicing, production teams to deliver integrated event solutions.

● Drive project profitability by managing budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and commercial negotiations.

● Lead, mentor,



and manage team to ensure operational excellence and timely project delivery.

● Identify new business opportunities, participate in client pitches, and contribute to the growth of the Events & Exhibitions business.

Requirements

● 15–18 years of experience in events and exhibitions agencies.

● Proven experience in managing large-scale government and PSU events and exhibitions.

● Experience handling high-value tenders and RFPs.

● Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

● Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and communication skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.
