About FurrFiesta

FurrFiesta is a pet-focused events platform creating experiences for pet parents, pets, brands and pet-care professionals. We need someone who knows the pet industry and the Pune pet community to own the FurrFiesta experience, from concept to live execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Curation

- Develop themes, activities, games, demos and engagement zones for each event.
- Plan for different pets, pet parents and audiences.
- Create contests, prizes and brand integrations that fit the FurrFiesta brand.

Industry & Community Relationships

- Build and maintain relationships with trainers, behaviourists, groomers, vets, pet businesses, NGOs, communities and influencers.
- Onboard the right professionals for each activity and track industry trends.

Trainer & Pet Safety

- Work with trainers to set rules and protocols for activities and competitions.
- Identify safety risks before and during events.

Brand & Creative Direction

- Define the look, feel and experience of each event, and brief the Design and Content teams.
- Keep branding consistent across venue and communication.
- Make sponsor integrations feel natural rather than like ads, and create shareable social-media moments.

On-Ground Management





- Work with the Head of Operations & Event Execution to direct the on-ground team, vendors and trainers.
- Make sure activities, branding, prizes and equipment are ready and correctly placed.
- Monitor crowd and pet flow, fix issues quickly, and ensure the planned experience is delivered.

You will work closely with Operations, Content, Design, Brand/Sponsorship, trainers, vendors and management, and are expected to take ownership rather than pass instructions along.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Strong knowledge of the pet industry and existing connections in Pune's pet community.
- Experience in events, community building or pet-focused work, including working with trainers or pet professionals.
- Robust organisation, communication and people-management skills.
- Creative thinking with a good sense of branding and event experience.
- Hands-on, decisive and calm under pressure.

Preferred

- Experience curating pet events and working with dog trainers or behaviourists.
- Understanding of dog behaviour and pet safety.
- Experience with brand activations, sponsorships, and creative, design or content teams.
