About the Company

We are a dynamic Marketing & Digital Promotions Company working with leading music labels, Punjabi music artists, singers, influencers, and entertainment brands. We specialize in music promotions, artist campaigns, digital marketing, events, launches, and on-ground promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing music and entertainment events.
- Coordinate with artists, music labels, venues, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle event-related arrangements including venue, décor, sound, lighting, security, hospitality, and logistics, event schedules, checklists, contact lists, and other event-related documentation.
- Coordinate artist entries, performances, schedules, rehearsals, and backstage requirements.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, launches, meet-and-greets, concerts, college events, club events, and music-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and digital teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Be present at events and ensure activities are executed smoothly and on time.
- Handle last-minute changes and solve on-ground issues quickly and professionally.
- Assist in post-event activities, including feedback, reporting,



photographs/videos, and documentation.
- Travel locally or outside the city whenever required for events and artist activities.

Skills & Requirements: · Past experience in organizing and managing college events, including planning, coordination, and execution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
- Candidates who enjoy networking and interacting with artists, influencers, and industry professionals will be preferred.
