About Cevex

Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is an established event management company with 16+ years of experience in corporate events, luxury weddings, conferences, MICE, exhibitions, brand activations, hospitality and customized events.

We are expanding our Client & Business Development team and are looking for an Event Sales Executive who is passionate about the events industry and enjoys meeting clients, developing business opportunities and converting enquiries into successful events.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, references, market visits and other business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and wedding clients.
- Understand client requirements, event expectations and budgets.
- Attend client meetings, presentations and venue/site visits.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage enquiries from initial discussion to confirmation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of event business.
- Coordinate with the planning, production and operations teams to ensure proper handover of confirmed projects.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update enquiry, proposal and conversion status.
- Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities when required.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in event sales, business development, hotel sales, hospitality sales or a related field.
- Candidates with event management industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Positive, proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable meeting clients and travelling for business requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Languages English and Malayalam – required

Hindi and Tamil – preferred
