About the Role

Om Sai Intex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Billing Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, measurement verification, and coordination with the project execution team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit client bills and subcontractor bills based on project measurements and work completed.
- Prepare RA Bills, running bills, and final bills as per project requirements.
- Take and verify site measurements in coordination with the Project Team.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
- Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, and site records.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors, and clients for billing-related activities.
- Track work progress and ensure timely submission of billing documents.
- Identify variations, extra items, and deviations and maintain proper records.
- Assist in reconciliation of materials and quantities wherever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Ensure billing is prepared accurately and within project timelines.

Candidate Requirements




- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurements, BOQ, and billing procedures.
- Experience in client and subcontractor billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant billing software/tools.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
- Candidates with experience in interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
