Job Summary

The Estate Manager will be responsible for the management of the school’s physical assets, including buildings, grounds, and related facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilities management, within educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the maintenance, timely repairs, renovations, and construction of all school buildings and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for students, staff, and visitors.
- Develop and implement emergency response and disaster management procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and address potential safety hazards across the campus.
- Implement and promote waste management and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate with vendors providing maintenance, security, and supply services.
- Maintain accurate records of all physical assets.
- Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Supervise transportation services to ensure safe and efficient operations.




- Manage the maintenance and regulatory compliance of all school vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in estate or facilities management, with a preference for experience in educational settings.

Reporting to: School Principal / Administrative Head
