ERPNext Specialist The Seksaria Group Fort, Mumbai | 3+ Years | Full Time Build. Improve. Own.

We are looking for an ERPNext Specialist to lead the implementation and evolution of ERPNext across the Group.

This role is strongly functional and business focused , with the ability to translate business processes into effective ERP solutions.

What you'll do

- Lead ERPNext implementation across Group companies
- Understand, map and improve business processes
- Work with Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other teams
- Configure ERPNext modules, workflows, DocTypes, reports and dashboards
- Identify gaps and recommend standardisation, automation and process improvements
- Manage data migration, integrations and system implementation
- Work with developers on customisations and technical solutions
- Train users and drive ERP adoption
- Continuously improve ERPNext based on business requirements

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of ERPNext / Frappe experience




- Strong functional knowledge of ERP and business processes
- Experience in at least one end to end ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Inventory
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL and Frappe
- Experience with workflows, reports, dashboards, APIs and data migration
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills

Valuable to have: Manufacturing / process industry experience and knowledge of MariaDB, Git, Bench and Linux.
