Role & responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily EPP production activities to achieve production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, rejection levels, and machine efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality department to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to production processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Lead and supervise shop-floor personnel and promote a secure and disciplined working environment.
- Coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, wastage, and process losses.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Support new product development, trial runs, and process improvements whenever required.
- Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency and skill levels.
